Connecticut Council for Hospice and
Palliative Care
The Council is a voice for hospice and palliative care in Connecticut. Council membership consists of 25 provider members, together with associate organization and individual members. The Council works with hospice programs to assure timely access for every individual to hospice palliative care at the end of life.
Council committees are working on projects that support the goals and objectives
for palliative and hospice care in the Connecticut Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan:
