Current Activities
The Advocacy Committee currently is active in the following areas:
- Developing strategies as to how to best advocate for resources, to make implementation of the comprehensive cancer control priorities a reality
- Working with partner member organizations and others to advocate for Plan priorities
- Monitoring legislative activity related to cancer prevention, detection, treatment, and support, and formulating related advocacy strategies
